专利说明:

Object of the invention The object of the present invention is to provide an improvement of a holder part and a pipe clamp with snap mounting of the pipe by providing higher friction between the pipe clamp and the pipe.
The object of the invention is further to eliminate any play between the pipe clamp and the pipe.
The object of the invention is also to eliminate play in the pipe clamp and thereby enable a use of different pipe diameters in one and the same pipe clamp without having to use extra play-related insert details.
The purpose is also to maintain a simple assembly for such a pipe clamp by snap-fitting the pipe to the pipe clamp.
In addition, the object of the invention is to obtain a pipe clamp with a soft seat for the pipe in order to further attenuate unnecessary noises which may occur between the pipe clamp and the pipe.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention, as set forth in the independent claim, fulfills the above stated objects, thereby eliminating said drawbacks. Suitable embodiments of the invention are set out in the dependent claims.
The invention relates to a pipe holder comprising a base part, an elastic gripping part comprising at least one elastic leg connected to the base part, a fastening device in the base part. This fastening device is designed as a through hole through which a fastening member, for example a screw or nail, can be applied for fastening the base part with its elastic gripping part to a substantially flat surface.
The base part is formed with a further leg which legs together have a tube enclosure which exceeds half the circumference of a tube mounted in the gripping part to hold the tube between the legs. Furthermore, a friction part is connected to the base part, which friction part extends from the base part into the gripping part through a hole in the base part in order to be able to abut permanently against said tube in the gripping part. The friction part enables different pipe diameters, for example with outer diameters in the range 12-15 mm, to be used with one and the same pipe holder / pipe clamp because the friction part can be elastically pressed down into the hole at a larger pipe diameter and expand in the grip part space at a smaller pipe diameter.
In one embodiment, each gripping die encloses an equal angle of the periphery of the tube from both sides of the tube. This embodiment facilitates a perpendicular insertion of tubes into the tube holder and provides a symmetry of the elastic legs which contributes to an optimal force distribution in the gripping part.
In one embodiment, the friction part is provided with a fastener friction located in the base part located at the fastening device. This fastener friction facilitates assembly by, for example, a screw or a nail as a fastener can be temporarily held in the pipe holder while it is being mounted. This fastener friction is also there to prevent water and / or moisture from penetrating the fastener when mounting in wet areas.
In one embodiment the tube holder comprises a second elastic gripping part which is placed on the opposite side in relation to the fastening device and oriented so that two parallel tubes can be connected to the holder and that this second gripping part is also provided with a second friction part connected to the base part which second friction part extends from the base part into the gripping part in order to be able to abut permanently against said tube in the gripping part. This embodiment has a load-favorably symmetrical mounting of parallel pipes around the common fastening device. In one embodiment, this second gripping part is also designed with two legs, which legs together have a pipe enclosure which exceeds half the circumference of a pipe snapped into the gripping part in order to hold the pipe in the gripping part. Once again, the importance of the symmetrical design of a pipe holder for two pipes and its advantageous force distribution partly in the gripping parts and partly in the holder as such is emphasized. In one embodiment, the two friction parts and the fastener friction are formed as a uniform part which is connected to the base part either by pressing action or by an injection molding method where this uniform part is chemically connected to the base part. This design involves an advantageous production of the pipe holder in that all these parts are manufactured together as a unit and assembled as a unit by the unit and thus the parts being pressed together into the base part and thereby obtaining its function. In one embodiment, the friction member is made of an elastic material that is softer than the elastic legs. Thus, the material must be shaped partly 4 so that any movements of the pipe are damped partly so that the gap between the pipe and the legs is eliminated. It is advantageous that the friction part is made of a rubber material and especially natural rubber is an excellent material for the friction part.
In one embodiment, the base part and the grip part (s) are made of polypropylene. This material can be chemically connected with TPE, thermoplastic polymer, the friction part and is suitable for the snap function needed between the legs of the gripping part and for holding the tube in abutment against the friction part. In one embodiment, one part of the pipe clamp consists of a pipe holder as above and that its other part consists of a lid provided with a snap to be attached and loosened without tools on such a pipe holder. These two parts together form a complete pipe clamp.
The invention also comprises embodiments with gripping parts for three parallel pipes which gripping parts are integrated with a common base part. This base part is then provided with two fastening devices placed on each side of the middle gripping part. Even in such an embodiment, the friction part is designed as a unit which is connected from below with a press fit. Although only one double tube holder is shown and described, the invention also includes single holders for only one tube and triple holders for three parallel tubes.
Brief description of the drawings The invention will now be described in more detail with references in connection with the accompanying drawing figures. The drawing figures show only principle sketches intended to facilitate the understanding of the invention.
Figure 1 shows in perspective an embodiment of a pipe clamp according to the invention.
Figure 2 shows the pipe clamp according to figure 1 disassembled into a pipe holder and a lid.
Figure 3 shows a top view of the pipe holder for the pipe clamp according to Figures 1 and 2.
Figure 4 shows a section A - A according to figure 3.
Figure 5 shows in perspective a friction part of the pipe holder for the pipe clamp according to the invention.
Figure 6 shows the friction part from above.
Description of the invention Figure 1 shows a pipe clamp 10 which comprises a pipe holder 12 and a lid 13. When the lid 13 is mounted on a pipe holder, it connects with its edges to the pipe holder to offer smooth surfaces which are easy to keep clean.
Figure 2 shows the lid 13 disassembled from the pipe holder 12. The figure shows that the inside of the lid is provided with a fastening slot 21 on each inside of the lid which fastening slots 21 snap over corresponding shaped fastening pins 22 on the short sides of the pipe holder.
Through these fasteners a user can assemble / disassemble the cover 13 without the use of tools. The figure also shows that the tube holder 12 is provided with two gripping parts 23, 24, each of which is provided with two elastic legs 231, 232, 241, 242 intended to pour fixed tubes snapped into the gripping parts.
Figure 3 shows the tube holder 12 from the top with a fastening device 31 placed symmetrically between the two gripping parts 23, 24. The fastening device is formed as a hole 32 which at its bottom is provided with a fastening member friction 33 in the form of an elastic membrane preferably of rubber. The pipe holder 12 is screwed or nailed to the base through the heel 32 and through this membrane. The gripping parts 23, 24 of the floating hob are provided with their respective friction part 34, 35 placed in the center of each gripping part. The friction part is elongately designed to a length which largely corresponds to the length of the gripping part to connect with the largest possible surface to the pipe. The friction part is further placed in the bottom of the gripping part between the brackets in the pipe holder for the two legs of the gripping part so as not to be affected by the elastic movements of the legs during assembly / disassembly of the pipe. As shown in the figure, the surface of the friction parts facing the pipe is smooth, but can be grooved or structured in another way as shown below.
Figure 4 shows a section through the pipe holder 12 consisting of a base part 41 with the gripping parts 23, 24 and its respective legs 231, 232, 241, 242 and the fastening device 31 with its continuous heel 32. The section also shows that the fastening device is provided with a fastener friction 33 located at the end of the hole 32. The embodiment shows that the fastener friction is provided with a centering hole 42, which facilitates the insertion of a fastening element. Between the legs 241, 242 a snap-in tube 43 is shown which abuts against the friction part 34 which has thereby been compressed slightly from its rest position which is shown in the gripping part 23. The legs 241, 242 have a tube enclosure which exceeds half the circumference of a tube 43 mounted in the grip part 24. to pour the tube 43 left between the legs. The figure shows that the friction parts 34, 35 and the fastener friction 33 are formed as a unitary part which is centrally provided with fastening fingers 44 which are pressed into the base part 41 in the area of the fastening device 31. The friction parts 34, 35 are also pressed into the gripping parts from below through hole 45 in the base part. An alternative production procedure is to have the unitary part injection molded as a thermoplastic polymer into and fixed to the base part so that a chemical connection is obtained between the two parts.
Figure 5 shows in perspective view the uniform part 51 with the friction parts 34, 35 connected to a central part 52 via pouring bridges 53, 54 which are after assembly pressed / injection molded into corresponding recesses in the base part. The figure also shows the fastening fingers 44 of the central part 52, which in this embodiment are eight in number. As can be seen from the figure, in this embodiment the friction parts are made with longitudinal ridges to improve the abutment and friction against the pipes. Another texture on the friction parts is also conceivable. Furthermore, the friction parts can be designed longer or shorter depending on what play-eliminating effect they should have when pipes are pressed into the gripping parts. Different lengths of the friction parts are also conceivable so that the friction part of one gripping part is long in order to be able to eliminate a larger gap between the legs and the tube, while the friction part of the other gripping part is short to only cooperate with a larger pipe diameter.
Figure 6 shows that the central part 52 of the unitary part 51 comprises the fastener friction 33 with its centering hole 42. In addition, the entire unitary part 51 is symmetrically designed around its centering hole.
